REGISTRATION OF HOUSING SOCIETY (ANNEXURE)


  
ITME NO2: To authorise the Chief Promoter to apply for reservation of the Proposed Society.

RESOLUTION: Resolved that the Chief Promoter be and is hereby authorised to make an application for reservation of name of the Proposed Society as_______ Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. (Proposed) and furnish such other information as is required by the Registration Authority, for the purpose.
 Farther Resolved that the Chief Promoter should suggest the following alternate   names in order of priority, if the names as proposed above is not available.

ITEM NO.3: To authorise Chief Promoter to engage the service of any person to formulate the Registration Proposal, submit it to the Registration Authority, make compliance and requirements and follow it up till registration and fix his remuneration. (This resolution has to be passed where the promoter desire to desired to engage services of a person for the purpose of registration of the Society) 

RESOLUTION: Resolved that the Chief Promoter be and is hereby authorised to engage the service of _______ to formulate proposal, submit it to the Registration Authority, with power to comply with objections and requirements if any and to fix his remuneration at Rs.____. Further resolved that the Chief Promoter be and is hereby authorised to take all further actions, sign all such documents and furnish such information as is necessary for securing registration of the Proposed Society.

*ITEM NO.4: To authorise the Chief Promoter to negotiate with the vendors for purchase of a piece of land for the Society / with lessor for taking a piece of land on lease.

*RESOLUTION: Resolved that the Chief Promoter be and is hereby authorized to negotiate with the Vendors for purchase of a piece of land/ with the lessor for taking a piece of land no lease for the Society and to place the result of negotiations before the next meeting of the taking a decision.

*ITEM NO.4: To authorise the Chief Promoter to negotiate with the vendors for entering into a package deal for construction of the boiling/ buildings on the land by Vendors.

* RESOLUTION : Resolved that the Chief Promoter be and is hereby authorised to negotiate with the Vendors for entering into package deal for construction of the building/ buildings owned by the Vendors and plans the result of such negotiation before the next meeting of the Promoters for a taking a decision.
